Ali Amin Gandapur
Islamabad (court news) The court has issued an arrest warrant for former Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur.
The District and Sessions Court, Islamabad, heard the audio leak case against former Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur. Additional District and Sessions Judge Nasr Minallah Baloch, while hearing the case, issued an arrest warrant for Ali Amin Gandapur and ordered him to be arrested and produced in court.
The court rejected Ali Amin Gandapur’s request for exemption from appearance. Due to unavailability, the statements of the prosecution witnesses could not be recorded. The court summoned the prosecution witnesses again at the next hearing and adjourned the hearing of the case until June 17. It should be noted that a case has been registered against Ali Amin Gandapur at Golra Police Station.
