Webdesk: Nazish Jahangir, the Pakistani model-turned-actor from Inam-e-Mohabbat, addressed work ethic rumours in a recent interview.
“I have a very simple philosophy. In any event, I am a principled person. Some people find me ill-mannered. This is my problem,” she stated on ‘The Night Show with Ayaz Samoo’.
“I won’t bug you,” she said.
Jahangir replied, “yeah, I am. You too,” to co-star Fahad Sheikh’s claim that she is “a difficult person to work with”.
Sheikh made the comment on Fahad Mustafa’s talk show when asked which co-star he would contemplate four times before working with again. Mustafa offered Sheikh Jahangir, Mashal Khan, and Yashma Gill.
Sheikh initially hesitated, but then named Ghamandi co-star Jahangir and stated it was because he was “difficult” to work with.
She repeated that if she’s not causing trouble, others shouldn’t either.
“If I give you trouble on dates, then maybe you can make trouble on my cheque, but when I haven’t, you can’t,” she remarked.
“We work hard for it,” she remarked.
Nazish, from Islamabad, started performing in 2015 in an Anwar Maqsood play in Karachi.
Nazish was apprehensive to try television, but after starring in a play, she couldn’t resist.
Bharosa, Gali Mein Chand Nikla, and Khatakaar were Jahangir’s first TV shows.
