Webdesk: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan confessed that his “favorite” cricketer former Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
The heartthrob actor can be seen sharing “stories” with young children in a video. That posted on the microblogging platform promoting Khan’s attendance in a show on an Indian television channel. Khan was there to promote his upcoming film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.
Among the laughter and jokes, Khan offered to tell the kids some stories, one of which was “A boy came from the North to the South as the captain of Chennai.”
“MS Dhoni!” exclaimed a young boy immediately.
“Yes!” Khan responded with a smile. Dhoni, MS. “My personal favourite.”
He went on to say that he believes MS Dhoni would achieve “something very special.”
“This time, Dhoni’s love for Chennai in cricket will drive him to do something very special,” the Dabangg star said.
MS Dhoni, the captain of the Chennai Super Kings (CSK), shined in a match of the present Indian Premier League (IPL) on Wednesday, hitting an unbeaten 32 off 17 balls.
However, after the game, CSK head coach Stephen Fleming stated that Dhoni had a knee injury.
“He is nursing a knee injury, which you can see in some of his movement, which is hindering him somewhat,” Fleming said following the game.
“However, what you saw today is a fantastic player for us.” His fitness has always been of the highest calibre.”
