Webdesk: Ali Sethi, a well-known singer and songwriter from Pakistan, has finally spoken out about the reports that he got married. This comes after social media was full of all kinds of claims and counterclaims about the matter.

But instead of keeping quiet about the gossip, the 39-year-old chose to clear the air by flatly denying the “rumour.”

“I’m not married,” Sethi wrote on his Instagram story.

The Pasoori musician, who has become famous all over the world, said he has no idea who started the “rumour.”

Sethi then wrote about promoting his latest song, Paniya, which made with American musician Noah Georgeson.

“But maybe they should help me promote my new album,” he joked and posted a link to the song.

Sethi, known for his smooth voice and lively personality, has been enjoying the success of his track Pasoori for more than a year.

The Pakistani singer featured in national and international media for his strange songwriting and singing skills. This has made him an icon for South Asians, especially those in the diaspora who see Sethi as a dynamic reflection of the region.
