In a tragic incident in the Tangi area of Charsadda, police have swiftly arrested Bilal, son of Aman Hussain, the main suspect involved in the sexual assault and murder of 8/9-year-old girl, Jalwa.
The incident came to light on October 16, 2025, after which Charsadda District Police Officer Muhammad Waqas Khan visited the crime scene and took immediate action. He formed a special investigation team led by SP Investigation Alam Zeb Khan. The team employed modern investigative techniques and household profiling to meticulously examine evidence, successfully identifying and apprehending the suspect within days.
During the investigation, the arrested suspect confessed to the crime. Further investigation is underway to uncover all aspects of the case. The District Police Officer praised the investigative team for their outstanding performance and reaffirmed the commitment to public safety and justice.
