Webdesk: Imagine eating one food for 28 years. Almost impossible. Kerala’s native Balakrishnan Palayi’s ailment left him weak and unable to move. Palayi started eating coconut to treat himself, which made him feel better, so he resolved to solely consume coconut.

In fact, Coconut contains calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium. He’s healthy again thanks to this. A vlogger told Palayi that he exclusively eats coconuts.

Moreover, Palayi developed gastroesophageal reflux at 35. He vomited after every meal. Coconut and coconut water were the only items that helped the man.

Daily coconuts. Meanwhile, My family started farming coconuts. “I’ve lived like this for 24 years,” Palayi remarked.

Palayi is healthier than most 64-year-olds. He runs his family farm, swims, and is healthy.
