Webdesk: In a single picture, the James Webb Telescope saw about 25,000 galaxies. This is more than what the Hubble space telescope had seen before, which was about 10,000 galaxies.
Hubble Ultra Deep Field is the name of the picture taken by the Hubble Telescope.

James Webb has been able to take a picture that is much deeper than the previous record. So far, the data we have only covers 4%, but we already know about 25,000 galaxies.
“It’s one of the largest JWST images taken so far”, said Astronomer Caitlin Casey. Caitlin is from the University of Texas at Austin, he helped lead the study.
As more data came in, she said, “When it’s all done, this deep pitch will be so big and beautiful that it will blow your mind.”
