Webdesk: Katie Price says she has ADHD, which is why she “never understood the consequences of her actions.” When Ok! Magazine asked her about it, she said:
“I’ve tried to teach my mother, but my brain isn’t like other people’s. I don’t like labels, but now that my mom and I have both talked to doctors, she knows why I did things in the past, why I act and do things the way I do, and why I am the way I am.
She went on: “It’s not that I don’t listen and think about what you say; there’s just something in me. I’m better now. Through therapy, I’ve learned to hold back, listen, and think about what other people say. They may be right or wrong, but I think about what will happen. It didn’t even cross my mind that there would be a result. What could go wrong? So, now I know. Even though it’s been 45 years, I’m still here.”
She said that because of how she had behaved in the past, she had ended up in situations with “unnecessary drama and stress.”
She said that after seeing a doctor at the end of last year, she started to think about whether or not she might have ADHD.
