Mass Deportation Continues: Over 4,000 Afghans Sent Back via Torkham

The repatriation of Afghan nationals residing illegally in Pakistan continues at a steady pace. According to Khyber’s Additional Deputy Commissioner, Irshad Khan Mohmand, 4,384 more Afghans were sent back to Afghanistan through the Torkham border.

Among them, 1,480 individuals were reportedly staying in Pakistan without valid documentation.

Since April 1, a total of 29,744 Afghan nationals have been repatriated, the official added.
