Webdesk: Royal expert and friend of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, Omid Scobie, has denied his intimate relationship with the royal couple.
Recently, the author of Finding Freedom disclosed this while testifying in a trial involving allegations of illegal information gathering against a British tabloid publisher.
He testified as part of the London High Court trial in which Harry is one of the prominent claimants.
Scobie reportedly asked during cross-examination if he had a “vested interest in assisting Prince Harry if the opportunity arises.”
Scobie denied this, stating that his court appearance “gives tabloids ammunition” and “makes my life more difficult.”
Moreover, The royal expert continued that he did not have Harry’s phone number. He incorrectly referred to as a “cheerleader” for the California-based royal couple.
“I do not have a close personal relationship with them,” he added.
