Webdesk: As his “ex-wife” Aaliya Siddiqui accused him of rape, Feroze Khan stood by his “beloved” actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Former wife Aliza Sultan has accused the Habs actor of domestic assault and abuse.
Feroze retweeted Nawazuddin’s comments on Aaliya’s claims on Tuesday. “Best regards to favourite actor,” he said, adding a stay-strong bicep emoji.
Nawazuddin tweeted his account of events on Monday. Aaliya accused Nawazuddin of rape and evicting her and their two children from Bombay.
He said he and Aaliya are divorced and haven’t lived together for years. “This is not an allegation but expressing my emotions,” he tweeted. He claimed that his ex-wife is doing this for “more money” in a pattern. He claimed that Aaliya had accused him “falsely” several times just to retract it when she obtains her sought money.
Feroze revealed last year that he and his four-year-old wife Aliza had divorced following months of rumours. Aliza said Feroze made her “endure infidelity, blackmail and degradation” before Khaani’s confession. The star rejected all charges, and the former couple is suing.
