Modi Government’s Controversial Waqf Bill: A New Plot to Seize Muslim Lands Exposed

New Delhi: The Modi government in India has introduced a controversial amendment bill regarding Waqf properties, which critics claim is a systematic attempt to seize Muslim lands. Through this bill, Waqf properties are being made contentious, paving the way for government control over them.

Experts argue that during Modi’s ten years in power, the religious identity, constitutional rights, and properties of Muslims have been targeted. This policy is seen as based on minority hostility, with the aim of making Muslims second-class citizens in the country.

Hindu extremist organizations, under government patronage, are claiming that statements by Muslim ministers have fueled hatred, diverting attention from the real conspiracy. In cities like Kolkata, Muslims have taken to the streets to protest the bill, but they have been labeled criminals, while the real culprits are the government’s silence and policies.

Experts say that the Waqf bill has become a tool to deprive Muslims of their religious identity and properties, which could drive the country towards civil war.
