Lahore (NNI) All Pakistan Traders Association central leader Shahzad Ashraf Bhatti has said that the government should provide relief to the people by reducing the levy collected on petroleum, the inflation rate is continuously increasing due to high prices of electricity and petroleum products, which has increased the problems of the people.

In his statement, he said that the reduction in petroleum prices by the government is like cumin in the mouth of a camel, there is a demand that the levy collected on petroleum be reduced so that the people can breathe a sigh of relief. He said that less than two weeks are left for the arrival of Eid-ul-Adha, but business activities have not yet picked up, the main reason being the lack of purchasing power of the people.
