Sheikhupura: On Tuesday, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Senior Vice-President Maryam Nawaz delivered a powerful speech stating that although the country’s elections must proceed, crucial decisions remain unresolved.

Maryam had previously demanded the rectification of the “injustice” against Nawaz Sharif, before the upcoming election. Maryam Nawaz said, “Elections are only acceptable after the conviction of innocent Nawaz Sharif is overturn.”

Speaking to her party members in Sheikhupura, Maryam asserted that accountability would precede the elections.

She referred to the alleged injustices against Nawaz Sharif and the courts’ supposed leniency towards Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan and vowed to restore balance to the scales of justice before the elections.
